About KLM Flight Academy

The KLM Flight Academy is one of the best flight schools in Europe and is a 100% subsidiary of KLM. We train passionate students to become airline pilots for KLM, and we are proud of that.

Because we are also a preferred supplier for KLM, this means that our students can move on to KLM after completing their flight training, as soon as there is a need for new pilots.

Our students are driven and determined to achieve a brilliant career as a pilot at KLM. On an annual basis, we guide approximately 80 students through an intensive two-year trajectory, in which the students spend the majority of their flight training on our campus in Eelde.

Our organization has an informal and committed working atmosphere, in which our employees (50) are committed.
