About KLM Flight Academy

Flight Instructors in Eelde (80–100%)

The KLM Flight Academy is one of the best flight schools in Europe and is a 100% subsidiary of KLM. Our organization is characterized by an informal and engaged working atmosphere.

We train passionate students to become airline pilots for KLM, and we are proud of that. As we are also a preferred supplier for KLM, this means that after completing their flight training, our students progress to KLM as soon as there is a need for new pilots.

Our students are driven and determined to build a successful career as a pilot at KLM. Each year, we guide approximately 80 students through an intensive two-year program, during which they spend most of their flight training at our campus in Eelde.

We aim to be a future-proof, high-quality, and innovative training institute for airline pilots within the KLM Group, and as an organization we have been developing rapidly in recent years.

KLM and the KLM Flight Academy have great confidence in the future of aviation. KLM is currently hiring many pilots and expects to continue doing so in the coming years. In view of this, we are looking for flight instructors in the short term to train our students to become fully qualified airline pilots.
